This project involved extending a 17,000 sq. ft. plot, with 10,850 sq. ft. dedicated to landscape development. The villa’s façade was revitalized with fresh paint and sophisticated lighting, while pergolas, a large lap pool, feature walls, and a calming water feature enhanced the outdoor space. With an emphasis on hardscape to accommodate large parties, the design suits the client’s preference for minimal greenery while maintaining elegance and functionality.
